Millwall take on Middlesbrough at the Riverside stadium on the opening day of the 2023/24 season.
Both sides suffered disappointing ends to last season. Michael Carrick’s side were beaten in the play-off semi-finals by Coventry. Meanwhile, the Lions missed out on a place in the end of season competition after a second half collapse against Blackburn Rovers.
